The AM Radio Stations application sorts radio stations by two primary sets of filters. Along the top, you can view stations by CallSign, Frequency, Station Summary, Hours of Operation, Antenna City, State, Power, Phone, Website, Streaming Broadcast Link, and Station Owner. Just click on any category to rearrange AM stations by certain criteria. For example, if you’re looking for radio stations in Michigan, select State to organize stations by alphabetical location. Or, if you’re searching for stations with unlimited hours, choose the Hours of Operation filter for stations that broadcast both day and night.
Next, use the filters on the left to customize your search. Enter the name of a Station Call Sign, City, or Station Owner in a search bar for immediate results. Searching for sports talk radio? Check the Sports box under the filter Talk Formats to review relevant talk radio stations, such as KFAN or WSCR. If you’re interested primarily in music, check any boxes in the Music Genres filter to narrow search results. Finally, if you want an AM station in Spanish, English, or both, select your language preference under the Language filter.
Once you’ve found a few radio stations you like, click on the CallSign for more information. Station detail pages include an Antenna Map and Arbitron. Want classic rock music in Kentucky? Select Rock, Classic under Music Genres, then rearrange results by State and City. Need a map for WOKV, Jacksonville’s conservative talk radio station? Click on its CallSign for quick directions.
